NCS Developers: More Info

A Developer is a responsible, peer-leading volunteer aged 16-24. They’ll be a key decision-maker, work with a range of national organisations, making sure NCS is designed by young people, for young people.

  1. They’ll inspire youth leadership at a local level, leading a team of NCS Ambassadors;

  2. The NCS partnership will consult with them over a wide range of key decisions;

  3. They’ll be invited to sit on the strategic partner board, and work side-by-side with top managers from each organisation
