We take being youth led very seriously in our organisation, and nearly all of our trustees are under 21 and Young Advisors from across the national movement. In our most recent board meeting, following the National Residential AGM, a new Chair was elected called Katy, and here she is!

Hi all, my name is Katy and I am the new chair of the Young Advisors charity :) I have been a Young Advisor for around 5 years now and this will be my fourth year as a trustee, safe to say I love the work I do with Young Advisors and am keen to be as involved as I can be.

Working alongside the charity I have seen the difference our work makes to the communities we work in but also the Young Advisors themselves. This has motivated me to support our charity though these challenging times and we will continue to grow so we can carry on working with lots more young people and the decision makers who surround them in their areas.

The work we do is so important and gives the people of the future a voice in the present.
