The Importance of Evaluation

Young Advisors deliver work to a professional standard and as such are expected to always seek ways to improve their offer. In a world where resources are tight, all Young Advisor teams need to evidence the outcomes and impact of their work to win future commissions and illustrate their value for money. The national charity also needs to collect information on how well the movement is achieving our social goals of improving communities and the lives of young people.

Our online evaluation form seeks to achieve a number of things:

  1. An easy, quick and convenient way for customers to offer feedback

  2. A great way to help guide our national Continuous Professional Development Programme to make sure that the services Young Advisors deliver gets better each year

  3. A great way to measure the number of people who have benefitted from working with Young Advisors all across the country which helps us grow and improve the movement

  4. A reliable way to calculate cost benefit for involving young people and Young Advisors
